HIGGINS Douglas George Passed away peacefully on 17th April 2021 aged 87 years. Beloved husband of the late Anne, loving father of Kate, Mark and Celia and beloved grampy and great grampy. A private funeral service will take place at All Saints Church, Faringdon. Flowers may be sent to C. S. Boswell on 26th May by 11.00 a.m. or donations will further support the RNIB and can be made via www.douglashiggins.muchloved.com. All enquiries to C. S.
