FATHERS Don Peacefully on 13th September 2021, aged 91 years. Much loved husband of the late Margaret, dearly loved dad of Chris, Simon, Sue and Nick and a special grampy and great grampy. Funeral Service at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford on Thursday 30th September at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Macmillan Cancer Support and the RNLI c/o Edward Carter (FD), 107 South Avenue, Abingdon, OX14 1QS.

I am so sorry to hear of Don's passing. I have known him since he was a local councillor and have also seen him take a leading interest in local drama. Also I attended a few concerts with him, notably at Stonor Park and the Albert Hall. To all members of his family, please accept my condolences for the loss of a first class human being...
