WINTER Richard Peter Sadly passed away on 17th September 2022, aged 92 years. A devoted husband and dad who will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Friday 7th October 2022 in North Oxfordshire Crematorium, Tackley at 12noon.
