PHILLIPS Jennifer Mary Formerly Creaser, nee Smith. Of Chinnor. Passed away peacefully on Friday 28th October at Meadowcroft Nursing Home, Thame. Aged 70 years. Funeral service will take place on Thursday 17th November, 2:30pm at Aylesbury Vale Crematorium.
