BILLINGTON Francis (Tom) On Wednesday 15th February 2023 aged 65 years. Tom will be greatly missed by his beloved wife Libby and sons Kevin, David and their families. Funeral Service to take place on Friday 10th March, 1:30pm, at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, Cowley, followed by Cremation. No flowers please but donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation, c/o C.S. To live in family I am so very sorry for your loss. Tommy was such a lovely man and good fun to be around. Have a lot of lovely memories of him he will be sorely. Missed . Alix
