HUGHES Patricia Wife of the late Dr I E Hughes, Mother of Stephie, Sara, David and Peter. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Thursday 4th May 2023 aged 94. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday 17th May at 1pm at North Oxfordshire Crematorium, Tackley, OX5 3ER. Family flowers only please. Donations may be given in Patricia's memory to Mencap.
