Sally Louise Cady (née Rickman)

CADY Sally Louise (née Rickman) Died peacefully after a sudden illness on 8th December 2023, aged 51, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of Matthew, adored mother of Tobias, Oliver and George, and much loved daughter, sister, aunt, relation, friend, and colleague. Sally loved her work supporting parents and carers of children with SEND, and they and her colleagues loved her. Sally loved to walk through woods and open fields with her faithful dog Dylan, who sadly passed away earlier this year. Our small comfort is that they are together again. A private service of cremation for family will be held on 11th January 2024. A service of celebration of Sally's life will be held on 12th January 2024. I worked with Sally and admired her fortitude and wisdom doing an important job protecting the rights of children with SEND. My heartfelt sympathy for your loss but hope that you get some comfort knowing that Sally made a difference to so many lives.
