SMITH Derek Thomas (Titch) Passed away peacefully at home on 17th December 2023 aged 85. Beloved Husband to Heather, Dad to Sara & Grace, Grampy to Jake, Tamsin, Sophie, Luke & Toby and Great Grampy to Alfie.
