MARTIN Doctor Anthony John (AJ Tony) Died peacefully at Katharine House Hospice on 12th December, aged 80. Greatly missed by family and friends. Funeral service will be held at North Oxfordshire Crematorium at 11am Saturday 6th January. No flowers please but donations if desired may be sent to Katharine House Hospice or The Lewy Body Society c/o Jerrams Brothers Woodstock OX20 1TE.
