SMITH David Patrick Passed away at The John Radcliffe Hospital on 2nd February, aged 71 years. David leaves behind his brother, daughters and two grandsons. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. David's funeral will take place at North Oxfordshire Crematorium on Saturday 24th February at 11.00. Family flowers only.
