HARTSHORN Jonathan Patrick 'Jon' Passed away peacefully at home on the 14th August 2024, aged 75 years. Much loved husband of Louise, father of Kate and Joe and grandfather of Zacchary, Josh and Willow. The Funeral Service will be held privately.
