HIGHAM-STEVENS Rosemarie Honorary Burgess of Banbury. Former Town Mayor and Councillor. Passed away peacefully at her home on 24th August 2024, aged 81 years. Beloved wife of the late Tony and mother to Marcus. Loving sister of Sylvia, Vivien and the late Bob. An adored aunt, great aunt and dear friend to many. Service of Thanksgiving to take place at St Mary's Church, Banbury on Thursday 3rd October at 2.30pm.
