An Oxford man has been handed a community order after carrying an imitation firearm in a public place.
Lucas Singleton, 24, of Thomas Mews, Rectory Road, Oxford was in possession of an imitation firearm on January 25 2021.
Mr Singleton carried a BB Gun without lawful authority or reasonable excuse on Temple Road in Oxford.
He plead guilty and was handed a community order.
Mr Singleton will undertake 200 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months.
He was also made to pay surcharge to fund victim services of £95 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
