MATTHEW WEBB, 40, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing speakers from WH Smith and breach of a conditional discharge. He was given an 18 month community order with a year-long drug rehabilitation programme and up to 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days. Webb was ordered to pay £288 in compensation to the stationer’s shop.
BENJAMIN JARVIS-FOSTER, 31, of Sandown Road, Bicester, was found guilty of common assault of a police constable. He pleaded guilty to driving a Piaggio moped in Bicester without insurance. He was fined £300, banned from the roads for six months and must pay £330 in costs and surcharge.
RODERICK THOMAS, 63, of Rotherfield Road, Henley-on-Thames, was fined £1,000 and given six penalty points after he was found guilty of failing to inform police about the driver of a VW Golf suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was told to pay £870 in costs and surcharge.
RHYS DENNETT-FOSTER, 20, of Newland, near Witney, was fined £153 after he admitted failing to attend unpaid work sessions in August and October.
JAKE DEAN, 24, of Woodstock Road, Oxford, admitted breaching his community order by failing to attend unpaid work appointments in October. He was fined £200.
JAMES BARNEY, 35, of Orchard Way, Middle Barton, was fined £153 and given three points after he admitted driving a light goods vehicle at 80mph on the A40 at Forest Hill, Oxford, where the road has a 60mph limit. The magistrates ordered he pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
LUKE BATEMAN, 29, of Ermont Way, Banbury, pleaded guilty to speeding on the M40 at Great Milton. He was caught doing 92mph. The magistrates fined him £100, imposed four penalty points and ordered he pay £79 in costs and surcharge.
CHARLOTTE BELCHER, 19, of Comfrey Road, Oxford, failed to identify the driver of a driver alleged to have committed a traffic offence. She was fined £660 and given six points after the magistrates found the allegation proved. She must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.
CAROL BURNE, 58, of Blakes Field, Didcot, was fined £172 and given four points for doing 93mph on the A34 at Chieveley, where the road has a 70mph limit. She must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
JOHN CHAPMAN, 80, of Lower Road, Chilton, admitted speeding on Banbury Road, Oxford. He was caught at 37mph. The magistrates fined him £66, imposed three points and ordered he pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
BRIAN ELTON, 70, of Rackham Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to speeding on Banbury Road. He was clocked doing 43mph in the 30 zone. Elton was fined £50, given four points and must pay £79 in costs and surcharge.
STUART FORD, 54, of Eton Close, Witney, was fined £220 and given three points for speeding on the A40 at 35mph. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
MICHAEL KELLY, 37, of Spencer Avenue, Yarnton, admitted speeding on the A40 Forest Hill at 89mph. He was fined £40, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
MARIE KITE, 49, of Parsons Mead, Abingdon, was fined £220, given three points and ordered to pay £124 for speeding on Witney Road, Standlake, at 36mph.
JOANNE MADDEN, 49, of St Leonards Square, Wallingford, was found to have been speeding on Station Road, Didcot, doing 36mph in the 30 zone. She was fined £220, given three penalty points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
MARIA MARISCAL, 44, of Shipton on Cherwell, was found to have driven on Thorpe Way, Banbury, without insurance. She was fined £200, given six points and must pau £124 in costs and surcharge.
DR ZAHRA MORADI, 41, of Eynsham Road, Botley, pleaded guilty to doing 36mph in the 30 zone on Botley Road. She was fined £90, given three points and must pay £64 in costs and surcharge.
DANIEL CARTER, 29, of Celsea Place, Cholsey, admitted speeding on Watlington Road, Oxford. He was caught doing 50mph in the 30 zone. The magistrates fined him £242, imposed six points and ordered he pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
DARRELL CHITTOCK, 37, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, was fined £660 and given six points for driving on Oxford Road, Abingdon, without insurance. He must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.
HEKURAN GJETA, 44, of Normandy Crescent, Oxford, admitted speeding on Hinksey Hill at 41mph. He was fined £322, given four points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
EMMA RICHENS, 30, of Dairy Crescent, Bletchingdon, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was caught doing 66mph in the 40 zone and fined £253, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
HEIDI STONE, 42, of Bramley Close, Gosford, was fined £100 after she admitted doing 54mph in a 40 zone on the A41. She was given three points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
SANDRA GREENSLADE, 69, of Mill Lane, Marston, admitted beating two NHS nurses and a security supervisor last November and behaving in a racially-aggravated threatening way. She was given a 12 month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £230 in compensation and £122 in costs and surcharge.
CALLUM BELL, 26, Hiskins, Wantage, admitted speeding on London Road, Upton, at 44mph. The road has a 30 limit. He was fined £66, given four penalty points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
ARTHUR BLAKE, 22, of Steventon Road, Drayton, was fined £150 after he admitted speeding on Drayton Road, Abingdon, at 52mph. He was given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
JEREMY BOYCE, 49, of High Street, Shipton under Wychwood, admitted speeding on the M40. He was fined £66, given three points and must pay a £34 victim surcharge.
SIMON BRADFORD, 57, of Oakley Wood, Benson, admitted dong 40mph in a 30 zone on the B481. He was fined £66, given three penalty points and must pay a £34 victim surcharge.
BENJAMIN DUKE, 38, of Austin Place, Abingdon, was fined £66 and given four penalty points after he admitted speeding on the A4130 at Bix. He must pay a £34 victim surcharge.
ALAN GLEN, 70, of Bradlands, Marston, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A4074 at Dorchester. He was fined £66, given three points and must pay a £34 victim surcharge.
JULIE JAMES, 50, of Bear Lane, Stadhampton, admitted doing 39mph on the B480 Chiselhampton, a 30mph limit road, on April 15. She was fined £66, given three points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
