A bank in the city will host a seminar on how to combat imposter syndrome.
Oxford Metro Bank, on Queen Street, will host the seminar which has been organised by Oxfordshire’s Women Forum.
Oxfordshire Women’s Forum is a well-established networking group for all women living and/or working in Oxfordshire, offering networking opportunities through an annual series of social and learning events.

The seminar will focus on imposter syndrome, experienced by more than 75 per cent of people in the workplace, which is the the feeling of doubting your skills, talents, or accomplishments in your job role and feeling as if you are not as competent as your colleagues.
Guest speaker is Natalie Davis, founder of The Wellbeing Generation, will lead the seminar on understanding the different ways that it can manifest itself in everyday life and sharing tools to combat it.

“This seminar will help women just like me to be able to identify and understand imposter syndrome, and how to tackle it both in the workplace and our day-to-day lives.”
The event will take place on Tuesday, March 15 at 6pm in Metro Bank’s Queen Street store.
