CHRISTIAN EMERY-WILLIAMSON, 33, of Albemarle Street, Hill, admitted breach of post-sentence supervision. Having been released from prison, he had failed to live as directed by the probation service since January 26, 1, 2022. He was jailed for two weeks.

GREG WATKINS, 44, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to breaching the terms of his post-sentence supervision. He had been out of touch since his release from prison on March 4. He was jailed for seven days.

WARREN AUTON, 32, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted breaching the terms of his suspended sentence order by skipping probation office appointments in October, November and December last year. He was jailed for eight weeks for the original offences of assaulting a woman by beating her in 2019 and 2020.

CHRISTOPHER MILLER, 50, of HMP Bullingdon, near Bicester, was ordered to pay £100 compensation after he pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour towards a police sergeant and three constables in Kidlington on August 29 last year.

ANDREW COPELAND BROWN, 56, of Henry Taunt Close, Headington, admitted breaching post-sentence supervision by failing to comply with probation instructions. He was jailed for 10 days.

MARK JOHNSON, 40, of Armdale Drive, Leicester, was jailed for 13 weeks after he pleaded guilty to driving a Mini Countryman on the A43 on March 30 while banned from the roads, without insurance and while subject to a suspended sentence for drug driving in Loughborough. He was banned from driving for another two years and must pay a £128 victim surcharge.

HUGH WHITE, 60, of Easy Hotel, Banbury Road, Oxford, was jailed for seven days after he admitted failing to comply with the requirements of post-sentence supervision. He was said to have ‘presented in a highly intoxicated state’ on March 11 and 12.

CALLUM WALLACE, 30, of Upper Power Street, Newport, pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour at Didcot Parkway railway station on March 11. He was given a six month conditional discharge and must pay £107 in costs and surcharge.  

DEIVY LEYTON MUTIS, 31, of Whitethorn Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Honda motorcycle on Abingdon Road, Oxford, on February 26. Tests showed he had 77mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and a half and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

STEPHEN LITTLE, 71, of The Close, Woodcote, pleaded guilty to being drunk in charge of a Ford C-Max car in Woodcote on February 25. He had 79mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was banned from the roads for 20 months, fined £204 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

RICHARD MORRISON, 33, of Mill Street, Wantage, admitted possession with intent to supply 15.7g of cannabis in Wantage, simple possession of the class B drug and possession of £1,680 in dirty cash. He was given an 18 month community order with up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement sessions and was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge. The cash was forfeit under proceeds of crime rules.

THOMAS MCDONAGH, 20, of Mortimer Road, Oxford, and Martin Stokes, 20, of Nowell Road, Oxford, both pleaded guilty to stealing a STIHL leaf blower worth £300 in Didcot last February. Both men were fined £150. Stokes must pay £119 in costs and surcharge, while McDonagh was ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and no costs.

ELEANOR EDGEWARE, 27, of Butchers Row, Banbury, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her and two counts of racially-aggravated threatening behaviour. She was fined £200 and ordered to pay £150 in compensation.

VASILE RONCIOIU, 35, of Holden Lane, London, admitted driving a Mercedes in Oxford without a valid licence and assaulting a police officer. He was fined £666, given three penalty licence points and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £67 victim surcharge.

CHARLIE RUSSELL, 26, of Mawle Court, Banbury, pleaded guilty to stealing four bottles of beer from B&M in Bicester and failing to surrender to bail. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay £100 costs and £5 compensation for the stolen beer.

MARTINS KUBULNIEKS, 31, of Avocets Way, Bicester, admitted drink driving a BMW on Manorsfield Way, Bicester, on February 26. Tests showed he had 51mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was fined £300, banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
