A man will stand trial next year accused of assaulting another and stealing £100 from him.
Ermelindo Borges, 42, is said by prosecutors to have attacked the alleged victim in Oxford on August 21 last year.
He is also accused of stealing £100 in cash from the man and damaging a TV belonging to another woman.

Appearing before Oxford Crown Court on Monday morning alongside a Portuguese interpreter, Borges, of Green Road, Oxford, pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent, theft and criminal damage.
Recorder John Ryder QC fixed his trial for April 11 next year. “[The trial] is quite a long way off, I’m afraid, so stay in touch with your solicitors.”
He was bailed with conditions not to contact prosecution witnesses or go to Radcliffe Road, Oxford.
