WILLIAM JEFFREYS, 29, of Garden Studios, Drayton, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her and making a threat to damage her car. He was given a community order with up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days and a six month mental health treatment requirement, and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge. A restraining order bans him from contacting his victim or going to a street in Didcot for 12 months.
ALINNE CARDOSE GUIMARES, 36, of Whitelands Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving a Mini Cooper on Whitelands Way while over the drink driving limit. Tests showed the driver had 56mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, around one-and-a-half times the legal limit. Guimares was fined £507 and banned from driving for 15 months. The magistrates ordered £288 be paid in costs and surcharge.
LEE BARTON, 40, of Wren Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drink driving a VW Golf R on The Parade, Caversfield, last August. He was found to be almost exactly three times the legal limit. The district judge ordered Barton complete 100 hours of unpaid work. He was banned from the roads for two years and ordered to complete £364 in costs and surcharge.
NICHOLAS HOOD, 48, of Britwell Road, Watlington, admitted two charges of assaulting the same woman by beating her. He was fined £500 and ordered to pay £285 in costs and surcharge.
JEMMA RIEL, 29, of Bradley Road, Nuffield, admitted driving a white Nissan Juke on the A34 near Kidlington last July while over the drug drive limit for cannabis. She was also uninsured. The judge fined her £300, banned her from the roads for a year and ordered she pay £205 in costs and surcharge.
TYLER LITTLE, 21, of HMP Bullingdon, Bicester, pleaded guilty to assaulting two police constables and using disorderly behaviour in Abingdon last June. He was jailed for 22 weeks.
JAMIE BRACKETT, 45, of Masons Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Ambassador Avenue while over the limit for cannabis and amphetamine. He was fined £300, banned from driving for 18 months and must pay £205 in costs and surcharge.
LOUISA WESNES, 67, of Streatley Hill, Streatley, pleaded guilty to drink driving a black Hyundai in Goring high street last November. Tests showed she had 52mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £200, banned from driving for a year and must pay £165 in costs and surcharge.
CALLUM BETTS, 24, of Vine Road, Stoke Poges, pleaded guilty to common assault of a police officer in Banbury. He must pay £100 in compensation and £85 in costs.
VLADIMIR LICHNA, 51, of no fixed address, admitted driving a Citroen Picasso on the A40 near Eynsham while three-and-a-half times the legal drink driving limit and while disqualified from holding a licence. The judge sentenced him to 24 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year-and-a-half. He was banned from driving for three years and must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ROBERT WRAY, 33, of Goose Green Close, Oxford, admitted drug driving a Vauxhall Zafira in Oxford. He was over the limit for cannabis. The bench fined him £120, banned him from the roads for a year and ordered he pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
