Police responded to reports of a breach of the peace incident in Oxford.
Officers were called to Bartlemas Road at around 11.42am on Saturday (21/10) following the incident.
One eyewitness said they saw “loads of police cars and vans”.

Breach of the peace is a common law concept which is used to prevent unlawful violence against people or property.
After attending the incident officers came to the conclusion no crime was committed.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “At around 11.42am on Saturday (October 21) we received reports of an incident of prevent breach of the peace on Bartlemas Road, Oxford.
“Officers attended the incident, but no crime was committed.”
Later that day, in a separate incident armed police officers were called to Magdalen Road at around 2:34pm leaving the nearby neighbourhood ‘shocked’.
