The sentencing of a teenager involved in a brawl when he was 16 was adjourned on Friday at Oxford Crown Court.
Mr Recorder J Hay expressed some remorse for the decision after he said he was "not prepared to sentence today" before moving the date to December 13.

The offence was committed on May 16 last year, when Mobey was still a youth.
A request from defence counsel Tamasin Graham had previously led the judge to adjourn sentencing for the preparation of a probation service report that looked at alternatives to an immediate jail sentence.
Mr Hay concluded on Friday: "It is best I do not sentence you today."
