A teenager has been accused of stealing a woman’s handbag and harassing her at Oxford Railway Station.
Lebdiri Musa, 19, allegedly stole a bag from a woman at the Park End Street station on February 20 this year.
He was charged with theft from the person as well as one count of causing harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

It is also alleged Musa, of Fry Road, London, went equipped for theft by carrying pliers and nail clippers to the station.
He was due to be arraigned at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday (December 21).
However, the prison where he is being held for an unrelated matter stated that Musa had refused to attend.
A trial has been set in his absence for August 5 next year.
