ROBERT ZUNGOVSKY, 36, of Church Street, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Didcot on October 7 last year with 117 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to complete six days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
ZAC WILLIAMS, 24, of Waynflete Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing in Abingdon on November 22 last year after being suspected of having driven a vehicle illegally. He was given a community order to complete six months of alcohol treatment, and 10 days of rehabilitation activity. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
SCOTT PALMER, 42, of White House Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on July 4 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
REBECCA SMITH, 35, of Haverstock Hill, London, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Kidlington on January 24 last year. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £48.
KIERAN MUIRHEAD-ROBERTS, 24, of Barton Village Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to threatening to damage a car and a caravan in Headington on April 27 last year as well as one count of causing harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening or insulting words/behaviour on the same day. He was given a community order to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. There were court costs of £85.
LUKE HITCHCOX, 25, of The Green, Culham, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Bicester on June 11 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.
JOANNE MCCLEMENTS, 47, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to damaging a table to an unknown value belonging to O’Hanlon House in Oxford on November 28 last year as well as stealing a bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey and a bottle of Captain Morgans spiced rum to the value of £59 from Sainsbury’s in Templar Square Oxford on the same day. She was fined £40 and ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
DOMINIC MARSDEN, 31, of Charlesfield Road, Rugby, Warwickshire, pleaded guilty to drug driving on July 1 last year in Hopecroft Holt, Oxfordshire as well as driving while disqualified. He was given a community order to complete 180 hours of unpaid work and disqualified from driving for 36 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
VALENTIN PIRCA, 19, of Bitten Court, Northampton, pleaded guilty to possession of a bladed article, namely a locking knife, in December 12 last year. He was given a community order to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and 10 days of rehabilitation activity. There was a forfeiture and a destruction order for the knife. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
