A corporate events company which operates in Oxfordshire said it is "delighted" after winning an award which recognises exceptional customer service within the wedding industry.
Oxford's Forte Entertainment was victorious at the Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards.
Winners were chosen by a panel of industry professionals.
Sam Wenham-Wallace, director of marketing at Forte Entertainment said: "We are such a young company, so to be recognised on a national level is astounding.
"All the hard work and dedication put into building a fun and personable company has paid off.
"Our photobooths have created many unforgettable wedding memories and we are delighted to win the customer service award."
Guides for Brides is a wedding planning platform which advises couples on wedding suppliers and venues, domestically and internationally.
Nikita Thorne, Guides for Brides' head of strategy and host for the evening said: "The Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards are a national recognition for wedding venues and suppliers that deliver exceptional customer care.
"We are honoured to be able to recognise and reward these businesses who have represented the best of the best in customer service throughout 2023."
In addition to awarding industry standouts, the ceremony raised more than £1,400 for Guides for Brides' charity partners, Towards Recovery, through donations and a charity raffle.
