An Oxfordshire farm with planning permission already approved to redevelop it has gone on the market for £1.3m

Oxhay Farm, located just west of Cropredy in north Oxfordshire, and 64.40 acres of land are up for sale.

It comprises an existing two-bedroom home and a collection of traditional agricultural buildings which are situated in the centre of the holding.

However, plans have been approved by Cherwell District Council for a reinvention.

The centrepiece of the transformation is the replacement of the existing home with a five-bedroom residence.

This is Oxfordshire: Plans for Oxfordshire farm development

The replacement home has been designed to be of modern construction whilst adopting elements of the traditional agricultural buildings.

In the centre of the holding is a range of traditional brick and stone agricultural buildings, which would be converted into living spaces as part of the planning consent on the property.

The buildings form two sides of a walled yard area, which has been incorporated as a traditional feature of the design proposal.
