Police have taped off an Oxford wine store to investigate a burglary that took place in the early hours of this morning (April 8).
Officers were called to the Oxford Wine Company in Botley Road after a burglary set off an alarm at around 5.50am.
Pictures show the front door of the wine store was smashed in during the raid in which a quantity of alcohol has been stolen.

A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “A quantity of alcohol has been stolen and no arrests have been made at present, but our CSI are on the scene and an investigation is under way.
“We would urge anybody who was in the area and believe that they witnessed this to call 101, quoting the reference 287 (April 8).
“We would also ask anybody who was driving in the area to please check their dash-cams and contact us if it has captured anything that may assist the investigation.”
