A DRIVER has been ordered to pay over £1,000 after failing to give information about his identity to police.
Lok Sang Chang, of Banbury Road, Oxford, was stopped by police on February 23 this year in Bradford.
The 41-year-old was suspected of speeding and was asked for information regarding his identity, but he failed to provide it to police.

At Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on May 7, he was found guilty and fined £660. His driving record was also endorsed with six penalty points.
There were also court costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £264.
The total amount he will need to pay is £1,104.
Change was also charged with speeding but this charge was later withdrawn.
