Wallingford has officially welcomed the new Highcroft allotments after an opening on Wednesday, May 22.
Wallingford Town Councillor Steve Holder said he was "thrilled" to be there to celebrate the new additions - alongside Mayor Daniel Beauchamp and Stephen Kirwan, the managing director of St Joseph's Berkeley Homes.

"It's wonderful to see the community coming together, with so much already growing and a very active WhatsApp group keeping everyone connected!" Mr Holder said.
Local community organisations, Wild about Wallingford, also welcomed the news.
A spokesperson said: "Great to see these new green spaces being handed over to our community."
Mr Holder also spoke about other potential developments - saying Wallingford was thrilled to be collaborating with Winterbrook Meadows and Berkeley Homes developers to ensure community allotments meet local needs.
