A van has been seized in Oxfordshire after police found large concrete rocks in the back.
The incident occurred on Friday when officers stopped the vehicle in Banbury after noticing the van was nearly touching the ground.
Officers were nearly taken out by a group of large concrete rocks when they opened the rear doors of the vehicle.

The vehicle was recovered by officers, sent to a weigh bridge and, with the help of the DVSA, the vehicle was found to be 58.86 per cent overweight.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “A prohibition noticed was placed on the vehicle.
“The vehicle had also been without Tax for over a year which gave them the power to seize it.
“The owner has been reported for both offences.”
