A COURT hearing is taking place for a man charged with several child sex offences.
Felix Valencia, of Ordnance Road, Enfield, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (June 2) charged with seven counts.
The 47-year-old is charged with two counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, two counts of causing a child to look at an image of sexual activity, and three counts of assaulting a boy under 13 by touching.

It is alleged the offences happened in 2017 in the Philippines. The alleged victim cannot be named in this case.
Valencia is next due at Oxford Crown Court on July 30 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
If guilty, Valencia could face a prison sentence.
