SATWANT RIARH, 44 of Westlands Drive, Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to stop a vehicle on Windmill Road, Oxford on November 12 last year after being involved in an accident where injury was caused to another person. He was fined £507 and there were seven penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £203.

DUMITRU-PETRICA CIOBANU, 55, of Marlborough Avenue, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage after damaging doors to the value of £300 belonging to Bella Napolia in Broad Street, Abingdon on July 7 last year. He was ordered to pay £300 in compensation and was fined £150. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60.

JONO ONEILL, 33, of Glamis Place, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Banbury on November 26 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £400. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.

TRE PHILLIPS, 29, of Parsons Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Iffley Road, Oxford on January 25 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.

STUART ELDRIDGE, 44, of Cholsey Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to three counts of drug driving in Cuddesdon Way, Oxford on January 20 this year. He was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and disqualified from driving for 14 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

MOHAMMED ALGONYID, 25, of Grenoble Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving without third party insurance and driving without a licence on June 12 this year in Old High Street, Oxford. He was disqualified from driving for six months and fined £100. There were court costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £40.

CRISPIN BEER, 30, of Walton Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to send a public electronic message that was grossly offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing between May 2023 and March 2024. He also pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on April 15 this year. He was given a community order to complete five days of rehabilitation activity and fined £40. He was also made subject to a restraining order.
