"With the school holidays just around the corner, it's going to be popular with everyone visiting the town centre.

Update:

In a report on the opening of the new dessert parlour in Carterton in last week’s

Witney Gazette, we mistakenly said the business had taken the place of  The Shake Shop in Witney.

The business had in fact taken the place of the former Shake Shop in Carterton.

Customers will be relieved that The Shake Shop in Witney’s Market Square has not closed and is trading as usual.

The new dessert parlour, No.1 Sweet Spot, is now open at Streatfield House in
Burford Road, Carterton.

We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused as a result.

We are happy to put the matter straight and wish both businesses every success.
