BEN MARTIN, 41, of Brookside Road, Stratford-Upon-Avon, pleaded guilty to three counts of drug driving on the M40 southbound between junctions 9-8a. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months and fined £1,500. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £600.

CARL TOUGH, 29, of Redditch Road, Studley, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Wheatley on the M40 on February 5 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £450.

ANDREW SMITH, 49, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, pleaded guilty to going equipped for theft on May 26 this year in Oxford by carrying a grinder and accessories, as well as one count of theft of a pedal cycle after take a bike to the value of £400 in Oxford. He was given a community order to complete 30 days of a Thinking Skills programme and 10 days of rehabilitation activity. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the grinder. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

JOSHUA WALKER, 23, of Hengrove Close, Headington, pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage on May 1 this year after damaging a computer screen, telephone and front door to the value of £2,500 belonging to Pizza Hut in Oxford as well as damaging a disposable BBQ to the value of £3 belonging to the Co-Op on the same day. He also pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating on the same day. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of alcohol treatment wit Turning Point and six months of mental health treatment. He was also ordered to complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity. There were no orders for costs.

NICOLA WILSON, 34, of Rectory Road, Great Haseley, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Little Milton on February 7 this year with 126 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £708. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £283.

TONICHA ARMSTRONG, 26, of Wimborn Close, Deddington, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Banbury on January 14 this year. They were disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £69. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £28.
