NIGEL HALFACRE, 39, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from a shop on June 25 this year after stealing £10 worth of alcohol from a Tesco store in Oxford. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £10 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

SHANE DIX, 33, of Drayton St Leonard, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wallingford on June 26 this year with 66ugs per 100mls, exceeding the limit. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months, reduced by nine months, and fined £450. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £180.

JOSHUA WALKER, 23, of Hengrove Close, Headington, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from the person. On June 29 last year he stole a black Tumi backpack containing personal items and numerous Apple products to the value of £2,400 belonging to someone else. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of alcohol treatment with Turning Point and six months of mental health treatment. He was also ordered to complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity and £500 of compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

ROBERT BREWERTON, 45, of Willow Brook, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to being found in an enclosed area, namely Cockadoo, for an unlawful purpose, namely trespassing on October 10 last year. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £75 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

MIKE MILTON, 28, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to being found in an enclosed area, namely Cockadoo, for an unlawful purpose, namely trespassing on October 10 last year. DONTAY HART, 20, of Pegasus Road, Kidlington, was found guilty to one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm on October 29 last year. He was given a community order to complete 30 days of a specified programme and five days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and pay £125 in compensation. There were court costs of £775.

JHANZAB SABIR, 45, of Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the M40 southbound on August 6 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £400. There were court costs of £250 and a victim surcharge of £160.
