A HILARIOUS TikTok featuring a south Oxfordshire guesthouse has gone viral, boasting more than one million likes.
The comical video features a tour of Fyfield Manor B&B, located near Wallingford - but with a twist.
The video comprises of one of the owners showing viewers around the 880-year-old building reading a marketing script written by her Gen Z daughter, featuring all the latest TikTok lingo and slang.

Gen Z refers to people born between 1995 and 2010.
The caption, written by her daughter, says: "I can confirm she understood nothing she said."
The video begins with the mum stood outside the manor saying: "Our bed and breakfast is 880 years old, no cap."

The script includes words such as "rizz", short for charisma, and "slay", a term of admiration and praise for someone or something that has grown increasingly popular in recent years.
In a clip featuring a master bedroom, the mum says: "Whether you need to recover from a Brat summer or a menty b, this is the place for you."
The video has proved a hit, with six million views and 1.3 million likes, with one commenter branding it the "the best advertising [they've] ever seen".
Another commenter wrote: "Absolutely brilliant. I want to stay immediately to recover from my menty b", with many others saying they are now planning on booking to stay at the family-run guesthouse.

This wasn't the end of the fun, as another video was posted yesterday (August 2) evening.
This video is a compilation of bloopers from the original video showing the mum and daughter laughing at the phrases.
The account has 20,000 followers and even promised in a comment: "If you come stay with us she will be your host and be serving you breakfast."
