A ‘vulnerable’ teenage girl who was allegedly raped by three different men who used her as a ‘sex toy’ was reportedly found with bite marks and bruises.

Damian Sidor, 28, of no fixed abode, Jaraslaw Szklarski, 56, of no fixed abode, and Patryk Kubacz, 30, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, are all accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl on April 13 this year.

It is alleged that the offence took place opposite Banbury Railway Station in a white outbuilding.

All three are on trial at Oxford Crown Court.

The men, all from Poland, have denied the offences with the exception of Szklarski who has pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault.

A jury heard that, after the alleged offences, the teenage girl was found with bite marks and bruises on her body.

She was taken to Horton General Hospital after her mother allegedly noticed her daughter was suffering with some issues.

Reportedly, a yellow bruise was found on her cheek and a bite mark was found on her neck. She was referred to the hospital’s SARC (sexual assault referral centres) team.

An examination was carried out and the jury is expected to hear further evidence from this exam later in the trial.

Prosecutor Edward Lewis told a twelve-strong jury that reportedly DNA was found on the men’s genitalia.

It is alleged that DNA linked to the girl was found on Szklarski’s penis – he told police that he had no sexual relations with the teenage girl because he allegedly suffers from erectile dysfunction.

Forensic links to the girl were all found on Sidor and Kubacz’s penises.

During the prosecuting opening, it was heard that the men had allegedly taken it in turn to rape the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons.

The offences allegedly took place in a white shack opposite the train station which the men were using as temporary accommodation.

Clamps, curtain poles and an alcohol bottle were seized from the shack after the men were arrested. The two latter objects were seized as two of the men, Sidor and Kubacz, had reportedly threatened to rape the teen with them.

All men deny the offences, with Kubacz and Sidor stating the sex was consensual and Szklarski stating no sex occurred as he has erectile dysfunction.

Prosecutor Mr Lewis told the jury that the girl said none of the sexual activity was consensual. She said she was ‘scared, confused and disorientated’.

She described the men as being ‘rough’ and she felt like she ‘being burnt and sliced with a knife’.

The trial continues.
