Police patrols have been stepped up after a man indecently exposed himself on a towpath in Oxford.
A man performed a public sex act while lying on a bench on the canal path at Pacey’s Bridge just off Park End Street at around 3.45pm on Wednesday (September 18).
He is described as Asian, with black hair, in his late-20s or early 30s.
He was wearing a dark suit with a pale coloured shirt and black shoes and was lying on a black rucksack at the time.

Investigating officer, PC Tobias Loughran, said: “This is a concerning incident and we are carrying out a thorough investigation and will have increased patrols in the area.
“As such, I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident or has footage to please come forward.
“Additionally if anyone was driving in that area and has dash cam footage, please get in touch."
