A teenager has described allegedly being forced to have oral sex and being threaten with a knife.

Three men are accused of taking it in turns to rape a vulnerable 17-year-old girl in Banbury with a trial ongoing at Oxford Crown Court.

Damian Sidor, 28, of no fixed abode, Jaraslaw Szklarski, 56, of no fixed abode, and Patryk Kubacz, 30, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, are all accused of sexually assaulting a girl on April 13 this year.

It is alleged that the offence took place opposite Banbury Railway Station in a white outbuilding. The white shack was filled with beds and a makeshift kitchen.

Clamps, curtain poles and an alcohol bottle were seized from the shack after the men were arrested.

All men deny the offences, with Kubacz and Sidor stating the sex was consensual and Szklarski stating no sex occurred as he has erectile dysfunction.

On Monday, September 23, a jury at Oxford Crown Court heard an interview the girl gave to police after the incidents.

The girl described meeting one of the men in the town and being taken back to a white shack opposite the train station which the men were using as temporary accommodation.

In the interview, she said: “I went to sleep, and when I woke up his hands were down my pants. I was confused.”

She then told police she went to a shop with one of the men she described as 'the bald guy', to buy alcohol. She also said they pulled over into a layby and he asked if she wanted to have sex, which she replied 'no'.

She said: “He started kissing me and he wasn't gentle. I was scared. He had sex with me and he grabbed my head and made me give him a blow job.

"He also had oral sex with me and kept tugging my hair.”

The girl then told police she saw the men had a knife, the court heard.

She said: “I said I could get them some coke, but he held a knife up to my throat and said he would slit my throat if I didn't get the coke.”

She then told police that when she left the shack, she bumped into a woman she knew and told her some of what had happened.

The woman then accompanied the girl back to the shack, the jury heard.

The girl added: “They were angry I had brought someone back. He lifted me up against a wall and said he wanted to hang me there.”

The teenager then told police that the knife was turned on the woman who left the scene.

The trial continues.
