Banbury baby and parent group brings generations together

Highmarket House care home has started the monthly group for residents and local families.

Harley & Friends, which meets on Tuesdays, offers a range of activities including baby games, toys, sensory engagement, and white noise TV, all with coffee and cake.

The sessions also offer residents the chance to share memories and life experiences.

Francesca Cowley, home manager at Highmarket House, said: "We’re delighted to have introduced Harley & Friends sessions to Highmarket House.

"We hope that these sessions will not only enrich the lives of residents but also provide a fun and valuable experience for local families.

Highmarket House provides full-time residential, nursing, dementia and short-term respite care.
