JASMIT KAUR CHOPRA, 27, of Glenfield Road, Leicester, pleaded guilty to being drunk driving whilst a child was in the car on the M40 on August 3 this year and the child was under seven years of age. She also pleaded guilty to drink driving with 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months, reduced by 16 weeks, and fined £120. There were court costs of £500 and a victim surcharge of £96.

KRIS DAVIES, 44, of Hogarth Place, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to one count each of possession of a Class A drug, cocaine, on October 24 last year, possession of a Class B drug, eight tablets of tranquilyn, and possession of a Class C drug, 57 tablets of pregabalin. He also pleaded guilty to two count of drug driving in Abingdon on the same day. He was given a community order to complete up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months A forfeiture and destruction order was made for all the drugs. There were victim surcharges of £114.

ADAM MACKENZIE-PETCHEY, 37, of Pillow Way, Buckingham, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Witney on March 7 this year with 118 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millitres of blood. He also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence on June 22 this year in Bicester as well as driving without third-party insurance. He also pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating on July 6 this year in Oxford. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 60 days, complete six months of mental health treatment and complete up to five days of rehabilitation activity. He was ordered to pay £200 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

BARRY IVES, 41, of Marlborough Gardens, Faringdon, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Oxford on June 23 this year. He was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

KEVIN DORAN, 54, of Upton Park, Slough, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely a quantity of cannabis, in Oxford on August 19 this year. He was fined £100 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85.
