KEVIN MFULU, 32, of Fotheringham Road, Enfield, pleaded guilty to drug driving on February 27 this year in Oxfordshire. He was given a community order to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 18 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

MAVRICK HARDING, 34, of Sandy Lane, Chalgrove, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford with 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £400. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.

JOAS DOS SANTOS, 26, of Ruscote Avenue, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving on August 25 this year with 146 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and disqualified from driving for 36 months, reduced by 36 weeks for a course. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.

BOHDAN DRUK, 23, of West Street, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Banbury on August 26 this year with 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They also pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on the same day and one count of driving without third party insurance. They were disqualified from driving for 22 months, reduced by 22 weeks, and fined £680. There was a forfeiture and destruction order for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £272.

INNOCENT SITHOLE, 47, of Craven Street, Coventry, pleaded guilty to drink driving on August 30 this year with 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 14 months, reduced by 14 weeks, and fined £304. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £122.

ANDREW SMITH, 49, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from a shop after stealing £30 worth of food from Sainsbury on October 2 this year and one count of assault by beating. He was jailed for 24 weeks. There were court costs of £85.

HAMISH MARTIN, 27, of Hornbeam Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Church Road, Long Hanborough on August 5 last year. He was given a community order to complete 12 days of rehabilitation activity and was disqualified from driving for three years. There were court costs of £1,000 and a victim surcharge of £114.
