Residents have been warned as some Oxford LTN boxes have been moved.
The filter on Bullingdon Road has been relocated further down the street with work happening on Friday, October 18.
It is now nearer Hurst Street when it was near to St Mary's Road prior to the work with some locals confused as to why the move was being made.
Residents in the local area were issued a letter from Oxfordshire County Council on Tuesday, October 15 warning that the move would happen soon.

“We will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum,” read the letter.
“Thank you for your patience and cooperation, if you have questions or concerns about the scheme, please do not hesitate to contact us.”
These works follow a decision made by cabinet members in June 2023 which also saw works at Jeune Street recently as well.
An Oxfordshire County Council spokesperson said: “The adjustment to the LTN bollard and planter location on Bullingdon Road is a part of the planned minor works programme agreed in a cabinet member decision in June 2023.
