A road in Adderbury, Oxfordshire, is set to close next week due to maintenance works.

Berrymoor Road, a residential road just off Broughton Road, will close for two nights next week between 8pm and 6am.

The closures will take place from Monday, October 28 to Wednesday, October 30, reportedly for drainage works.

The works will cause bus disruptions for the town, according to an update from local bus operator Stagecoach.

The S4 stagecoach service will be diverted in both directions following the A4260 and will not serve Adderbury village during the two days of closure.

Adderbury is a rural civil parish about three miles south of Banbury in northern Oxfordshire.
