A Remembrance Service was held at a Didcot secondary school on Monday (November 11).
The service at Aureus School brought together students, staff, and community members to honour those who serve and have served in the armed forces.
The event highlighted the experiences of students and staff with military connections.
A spokesperson for the school said: "Their stories offered a heartfelt look into the lives of military families and underscored the resilience of children and families who support those in uniform."
Staff members shared their experiences as spouses and family members of military personnel, describing both the pride and challenges involved.
He said: "Remembrance isn't just about looking back. It's about holding a space in our hearts for those who serve and ensuring their stories live on in our memories and our lives."
The service concluded with a moment of silence, allowing attendees to reflect on the impact of military service and the importance of mutual support.
The spokesperson added: "Students, staff, and visitors alike left the service with a deeper understanding and appreciation of the bravery and resilience embodied by military families."
