Firefighters in Bicester will be collecting money for Children in Need on Friday (November 15).
They will be stationed along Queens Avenue, outside the fire station.
Bicester Fire Station said on social media: "We understand this can create a busy route into town and appreciate your patience.
"Any donations to this incredible charity are welcome. Say hi to Pudsey and our firefighters on your way past."
BBC's Children in Need began in 1980, with the first show raising £1 million for charities working with children across the UK.
Many more millions have been raised since, including £33.5 million during last year's appeal.
The charity is currently funding nearly 1,500 other charities and children’s projects to the value of £91.5 million, and supported more than 400,000 children in 2022/2023.
