An Oxfordshire man died in hospital after a period of illness, an inquest opening has heard.
Justin Church, of North Street, Banbury, died at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington on August 20.
An inquest was opened into the 50-year-old drug and alcohol support worker's death at Oxford Coroner's Court on Monday, November 18.

The inquest heard that Mr Church was admitted to hospital following a period of illness. Despite treatment, he died.
A post-mortem was carried out into his death and found the causes to be multi-organ failure, aspiration pneumonia, rhabdomyolysis, bowel ischaemia and pseudo-obstruction in the setting of drug use.
A full inquest will be held at Oxford Coroner's Court on March 4 next year at 11.15am.
