An MP is urging the community to attend a rail consultation taking place today (November 21).
The East West Rail (EWR) consultation is in Bicester at the John Paul II Centre, Causeway, from 2pm until 7pm.
The consultation, which will run in locations along the rail route until January 24, is a chance for residents to share their thoughts on the proposals for the rail design plans.
The plans include proposals to close London Road Crossing in Bicester and for traffic to be diverted using existing roads and upgraded local road diversions.

An accessible replacement crossing - either a footbridge or underpass - has been proposed for cyclists, pedestrians and other users.
MP for Bicester and Woodstock, Calum Miller, has slammed the proposed closure of the busy crossing and is urging residents to have their say today.
Mr Miller said: "I urge everyone who wants to save London Road Crossing to attend the consultation."
He said this is a "key opportunity" to "stand up for Bicester and demand a solution that works for everyone".
