The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:
ALEXANDER DUNN, 32, of Honeyburge, Boarstal, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Toyota Auris in High Street, Thame, on April 6 this year. He must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £80 and a fine of £200. He was also banned from driving for 24 months, but this can be reduced by 24 weeks if a course is completed by March 22 2026.
CRISTIANO SANTOS, 44, of Oxford Road, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to one count of possessing a class A drug, namely cocaine, one count of possessing a class B drug, namely Cannabis / Cannabis Resin, and one count of possessing a knife in Oxford on August 8 this year. He must complete 150 hours of unpaid work within 12 months and must pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114. An order was also made for the knife to be destroyed.
MARK MCDONAGH, 28, of Fettiplace Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without insurance, driving while disqualified and theft from a shop in Oxford on September 9 this year. He must complete alcohol rehabilitation for six months and comply with the orders of the responsible officer to attend appointments for a maximum of 20 days. He was also banned from driving for 22 months, but this can be reduced by 22 weeks if a course is completed by December 6 next year. He must also pay costs of £85 and a fine of £100.
KYLE WARD-MILLINGTON, 29, of St Marys Road, Wootton, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Citroen Dispatch on the M40 on May 8 this year. He was banned from driving for 14 months and must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge £212 and a fine of £530.
ZICO WIER-MINDS, 24, of Oxford Road, Cowley, pleaded guilty to drink driving a VW Polo in Oxford Road on September 24 this year. He must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £276 and a fine of £691. He was also banned from driving for 12 months, but this can be reduced by three months if a course is completed by June 6 next year.
