This week police officers have been assisting specialist officers with an ongoing slavery and immigration operation.
Police officers from the Bicester and Kidlington Neighbourhood team were at Cherwell Valley Services on Tuesday (November 26), assisting specialist officers from the Modern Slavery and Immigration (MSOIC) Team.
A public statement from the force said: "As part of an ongoing operation in response to a number of targeted thefts from trailers and containers, we provided a highly visible presence in the lorry park area.

"We spoke to several lorry drivers in order to give security advice about keeping themselves, their vehicles and cargo safe.
"It was also an opportunity to talk to the lorry drivers about their experiences with migrants concealing themselves in vehicles that are destined for the UK, including unaccompanied asylum seeking children, members of organised criminal gangs and victims of modern slavery."
The force added that this builds an "intelligence picture" in order to "disrupt illegal activity and safeguard vulnerable people".
