Motorists have been warned in advance that a section of the A34 near Oxford will be closed tonight.
The A34 northbound Botley entry and exit slip roads are scheduled to be closed from 9.30pm tonight (Thursday, November 28).
They are expected to reopen at 6am tomorrow (Friday, November 29) morning.
This is so that road maintenance can be carried out.
The National Highways website states that there will be "slip road and lane closures for maintenance work".

Oxon Travel, a traffic account run by Oxfordshire County Council, shared a reminder of the closure for motorists this afternoon.
There will also be a slip road closure on the A34 northbound at Chilton, near Didcot.
This is so that developer works can be carried out, National Highways has stated.
