There continues to be disruption to train journeys between London Paddington and Oxfordshire due to flooding.
Due to heavy rain flooding all lines on the railway between Swindon and Bristol Parkway are closed.
Disruption is expected until midday today (November 29).
All stations along the route will continue to be served but services between London Paddington / Reading / Swindon and Bristol Parkway / Newport (South Wales) / Cardiff Central will see a reduction in frequency of services.
GWR said: "We are hoping that the line will re-open at around lunch time on Friday 29th November, when we plan to restore a full a service, although a few cancellations can still be expected."
As flood water recedes, Network Rail will remove debris which is currently blocking the line, inspect the line for any damage and check and test the cabling for the signalling systems.

A train service will continue to operate between London Paddington and South Wales until the end of the day.
However, this will use an alternative route between Swindon and Bristol Parkway, which will extend overall journey times by up to 25 minutes and this additional time has been built into current schedules.
